GIFT VOUCHER CERTIFICATES

All sales of Gift Vouchers Certificates are final and non-refundable.
Upon purchase of a gift voucher certificate, all the detail provided must be accurate.
Octiva Gear Online Store will not be liable for any typo or misdelivered gift vouchers.
The value of the purchased gift certificates shall be deemed as valid credit, in which a registered customer can use to pay for purchases on Octiva Gear Online Store.
Gift Certificate Vouchers are non-transferrable and must be used only by the intended recipient.
Octiva Gear Online Store may at its' sole discretion, reject or withhold any gift certificate vouchers and it's related transaction in the event of a violation of any the terms of use.

COUPONS

Unused coupons after the validity period will be considered expired and non-refundable.
